@rosslogie217 the fact is it was easy fit then to manipulate the public because of the 14 years of suffering under austerity they’ve endured. The establishment and ruling class were so smug and sure that the working classes would do what they were told like they always do they didn’t bother to actually engage them realistically or throw them a bone, instead it was let them eat cake

@jounik because banks and financial institutions definitely have our best interests at heart. What the upper and middle classes don’t seem to realise is that when you have nothing, you have nothing to lose, and there are millions of Working families and pensioners having to rely on food banks, soup kitchens and warm rooms. Why do you think they were going to do what the establishment told them to do?
