  2. There were at least 50 Ukrainian military hiding in that school and using civilians as human shields as they have been doing all war. When the USA and NATO kill civilians the media call it collateral damage, I see no reason to change the term now. There’s been some collateral damage which is the fault of the Ukrainian military for using residential buildings and civilians as human shields
