Galactic Chris I'm sure some are especially if you're white but it comes down to culture, institutionalised racism and training, as well as candidate selection. basically most US police departments started off as slave catching organisations, and they spend 60 hours training on threat recognition and response and only 3 hours on deescalation. America is a very segregated society and so for a lot ifvthese cops the only interaction they have with blacks is in their jobs, and if you're racist abd you've been trained to shoot to kill and you're in an organisation that has a culture of casual voilence and institutionalised racism with impunity, added to the fact the PDs are riddled with kkk members and ashtrays hsve been since their beginning, its not really that suprising

  19.  @suqmadiq68  tbh most of the comments here don’t believe he’s a colonel so it’s difficult to determine what you mean, the audience here isn’t the brightest at all. This guy has got a long and verified distinguished career in the Air Force, he’s one of only a handful of people to have flown all three f35 airframes and has been head of AI research and test for over a year. The fact people are mocking the idea that he’s a colonel or disputing what he says shows the limited intelligence of the general population.

  20.  @alandoren4953  well, I know for a fact he’s a colonel with an excellent record and a very fine career, which is a lot more than many of the other commentators on this video. Perhaps I’m trying to spread some knowledge to make the world a better, more informed place, but it doesn’t seem to be sticking with some folk. I guess they’d rather be foolish and ignorant then wrong. Mark Twain remarked the same thing on several occasions.
