  2.  @BrightBlueJim  so if someone creates a new account or has one that has been created and been dormant for ages vvd logs on and comments in a YouTube or Twitter or Tiktok or Reddit comment section somewhere that comment can be traced to an IP address even through a vpn? You could do it from a library or a public wifi in a hotel or restaurant or buy a burner phone/sim, how would they trace you then? I was under the impression that radio signals could be intercepted easily, but an obscure comment hidden somewhere on the internet might be incredibly difficult to find if you don’t know where to look
