  3.  @someonejustsomeone1469  nah the UK is just full of bullshit designed to make the maximum amount of profits for friends of the government at the maximum expense to the taxpayer. Hence why the national stadium cost 7 times more than France's and why hs2 will cost over 20 times more than France's despite being a quarter of the length and half as slow with technology 20 years better. You'll hear every excuse under the sun as to why other than the French cut out the middle man and were more efficient. Same way they won international trophies despite having a farmer's league
