The Soviet offensive to Berlin suggests as time wore on they learnt and adapted. I’d add that Ukrainian statues and tactics I until the offensive were governed by US military AI which was fighting a defensive war and was learning as the war progresses. The strategies and tactics it learnt and applied then may not be as effective in an offensive war, and so the Ukrainian’s advantage in that area has potentially been negated for the time being
