@martinholme3816 there’s no rule at all, real mountaineers save their mountaineers or at least try to, read touching the void or the white spider or Into Thin Air, when Anatoli Boukreev, a Russian mountaineer and guide, played a pivotal role in rescuing climbers who were stranded in the Death Zone near the summit. Boukreev, along with other climbers, went back up the mountain to rescue several climbers and help them descend to a safer altitude, ultimately saving their lives.

They could have lowered him down on ropes instead, or sat with him while others send down to get more oxygen and help but no, they just stepped over him and carried on filming themselves climbing to the top and look how pleased they were with themselves about my, they sent going to let someone dying stop them

@MrSpanks it’s quite easy - you administer first aid and you get them down the mountain. She didn’t seem to be struggling in her enthusiastic and joyful radio clip recorded after she had stepped over him while he was dying. Just carry on with the ascent, don’t mind the dying man that you employed to carry your equipment, and certainly don’t let his death ruin your mood

Read into thin air, a book about a 1996 Everest rescue by Anatoli Boukreev, a Russian mountaineer and guide, who played a pivotal role in rescuing climbers who were stranded in the Death Zone near the summit. Boukreev, along with other climbers, went back up the mountain in an attempt to aid those who were in distress. He managed to help several climbers descend to a safer altitude, ultimately saving their lives.

They only bothered to check on him on the way down, and they didn’t do any of that, if they had they would have filmed themselves doing it and they’re the images that would have been shared. If they have done that they’d have got him down, they just stepped over him like he was another obstacle and carried on their climb

@Tom-.-.-. BS. You can administer first aid and you can certainly lower them due the mountain on ropes. There’s been numerous examples of that hiring in climbing accidents in the past

Boukreev got a group of other climbers together and, having just got down from a successful summit, went back up the mountain upon learning they were stuck and in trouble and likely to die, rescued them and helped them descend to a safer altitude, ultimately saving their lives. That’s just one example, the beckoning silence is another. Stepping over a dying man to then film yourself smugly congratulating yourself at the top rather than rescuing him instead is absolutely shameful and despicable. If it was a man stepping over her and leaving her to die on his way to filming himself at the top her internet and media would be in uproar, but as usual rich privileged women get away with murder.

@MrSpanks yes, it’s perfectly fine to step over a dying man whilst filming yourself for social media and carrying on to the top on the mountain, finding ax smug and satisfied video at the top for your narcissistic sociopathic ego. Much better to do that than to administer first aid to the man and attach a harness and a rope to him and lower him off the mountain.

I’m sure when you’re serving in the front lines you won’t mind when your fellow female soldiers leave you to die when you get wounded because they’ve got better things like their nails and lipstick to do than save you

War is great for profits. The arms industry in the USA and U.K. is booming, shares are rocketing up. As they are in the gas, oil and food industries. The cost of living and interest rates keep climbing and the standard of living is falling but who cares while we’ve got record profits, at I right?

Yeah. It’s a wild bunch of coincidences that in December last year Ukraine boasted that it had successfully tested if it could hit the dam with himars rockets, last week claimed it had intelligence that the Russians had mined it, yesterday the dam blew up flooding Russian frontlines they’d spent 6 months digging, fortifying and mining, causing them to emergency evacuated under Ukrainian shelling which Ukrainian commanders were on the news being very gleeful about, saying they were leaving all their equipment and supplies behind, then a day later the Ukrainian offensive begins. I’m not saying that the Russians didn’t do it or that the Ukrainians did, but that’s a lot of coincidences. Not to mention the water supply in Crimea is now cut off, meaning they have to bring it by truck over that bridge.

It’s funny that you say it’s not a war crime if Ukraine did it but it’s still Russia’s fault, but obviously it’s a war crime if Russia did it, am I right? Then they can swoop in and mop up, install a couple of puppet regimes, turn them into the eastern banana republics and take all that Ukrainian and Russian gas and oil, just like they did in Iraq. It’s so obvious you’re being played, the US are just using you. This war has been b part of their strategy since at least 2019 and probably as far back as 2008, lookup the rand corporation’s strategy document for the pentagon, written by AI btw, just like the Ukrainian military strategy is being run by AI, as well as a bunch of other military tools. The US and UK are loving the chance to test all their latest kit in battlefield conditions against a peer competitor, their arms and oil and gas and food companies are all making record profits out of this war, and so is Zelensky, the CIA say he’s embezzled at least $440m so far. And of course the USA has taken European gas and oil markets from Russia for itself. This war is the best thing they could happen as far as the USA is concerned, which is why they have been pushing for it for so long. Two things the US doesn’t want from this war, a quick victory and an end. The longer it goes on, the more it weakens Russia. That’s why they’ll give Ukraine just enough armaments to keep them competitive, without v giving them enough to win an out right victory. The U.S. wants to drag as much of Russia’s forces into this war as possible, and the way to do that is to prolong it for as long as possible. Ideally they want to turn it into another Afghanistan for them.

You’re clearly turning PR for this heartless privileged woman whose ascent to break a world record and film herself doing so for social media was more important than saving a life. If she had done that she would have videod herself doing it and yet no video exists of it, just of her stepping over him. You’re clearly making this up to try and get some good publicity out of it.
