I reckon pretty much everything in our solar system has helped and could be crucial to life emerging, from Jupiter to the moon to being on the outer edge of the galaxy, maybe even the oort cloud, ergo knows. I doubt whether it’s just a coincidence that like just happened to emerge in this environment. If i was looking for life elsewhere ib would look for solar systems as similar to ours as possible
