@matthewseed3386 depends on who they outsourced it to and hope they stated their requirements but there’s usually plenty of issues outsourcing things, MCAS is a case in point. Iv wouldn’t be surprised at all to know that this was done on a shoestring so they could pocket the money

@Subuzgreatest they definitely outsource website development. They pay someone internal 250k off the books to do it abcs they outsource it to India for 10k and keep the rest

@Subuzgreatest nonsense. A website is a website, they don’t need to know what it’s for. And 225k in your back pocket is a big incentive. The CIA has a myriad of companies all over the place, and often go to American companies when they need civilian things or the appearance of civilian things who often outsource it.B if it’s meant to be a commercial website what better cover than to outsource it to indian It services provider through a civilian company? That way, any digging into where it came from will give a believable back story and won’t have “made by the CIA” fingerprints all over it

@Subuzgreatest doesn’t have to be India, could be any outsourced, but they’re popular in IT because they’re cheap and there’s a lot of them. They’re the biggest outsource market in the world, so it’s natural to think of them when you think of outsourcing websites

They see appearing as weak at home and abroad worse than actually being weak, their whole nature of being is based on perception. As long as they’re not perceived as weak, that’s good enough for them. No one will ever find out what really happened, just like jfk and 911 and god knows how many other things they’ve done.

Because the algo doesn’t want it getting out obviously, there’s CIA and FBK guys in Google’s board. Not to mention blackrock and vanguard who both have heavy links to the CIA
