They beat a bunch of poorly equipped poorly trained unmotivated 18 year old 3rd world conscripts who didn’t want to be there, and goose green was a disaster if you know anything about it. They had to march across the island instead of getting dropped off by helicopter because they ran out of fuel, they had to pick up ammo from the enemy because they didn’t have enough with them and the rifles performed so badly they decided to create the sa80 to replace them afterwards, which was also a disaster until H&K did a very expensive retrofit. The other guy was right, you are delusional. The armed forces had been stripped back and stripped bare over the last ten years just like the police and everything else in the U.K., it is a shadow of its former self and not fit for purpose at all. There isn’t even enough ships to defend the aircraft carrier which means it can’t be deployed without the cooperation of the USA or France
