Obviously it’s not going very well for Ukraine if they’ve decided a month into their offensive they need to use this type of weapon. What’s next, napalm and white phosphorous? Biological weapons?   6.  @JayDidntDoIt Ukrainians have been killing their own citizens since 2014, anyone who agree with the coup. That’s why all 24 opposition political parties were banned and 3 tv stations and 5 newspapers shut down. Not much freedom of speech or democracy in Ukraine.
