@Minithesausagedog aha another muppet who repeats what they’ve heard on Facebook without actually looking up the truth or knowing what it even means 🤡 they sold 3.5b of gold. Woopdeedoo. Truss is borrowing 65 billion a year at 20 year high record interest rates to fund tax cuts to the top 1% but let’s ignore that and focus on 3.5 billion of gold 20 years ago that wasn’t being used because of reasons. Let’s ignore the 15 year boom under brown with record low inflation and interest rates, let’s invite the 50 year high inflation rates and 30 year high interest rates we’ve got now, never mind the 10 year wage and living standards stagnation and the huge recession we’re in, we’ll just parrot 3.5b of gold reserves that were sat there doing nothing. Guess what? I bought loads of that gold and made a fortune and if you were at all sensible you would have too, you’ve only yourself to blame if you didn’t it was like buying your council house from thatcher. That’s why I’m using as much as I am and refusing to pay. I haven’t got the money so what can they do? If they throw me in jail I get free rent, food and heating and electricity, I’ll save a fortune.

@alimantado373 what future prospects? We’re all going to get nuked anyway and to be quite Frank it’ll come as a relief. I don’t have the money to pay, it’s pretty simple. Covid lockdowns ruined my business and plunged me into debt, and inflation, interest rates and energy prices are just the nail in the coffin. I haven’t got any money at all so what can I do? I’d rather be in jail than homeless

@Doggle Bird I don’t agree that minority single issue politics is left wing at all. It’s a type of fascism, where a small group takes over and bans all dissident thoughts and expressions except that which is approved
