Why would you spend a shed ton of money on a robot mule that will break down, require loads of expensive parts and maintenance and only have power for about 8 miles before needing recharging, never mind the noise, when you could just have a donkey or horse? People are so dumb, they actually think spending their taxpayers dollars on dumb crap like this is a good idea. In the 60s they spent 20m on a pen that writes in zero gravity.
