Ferguson specialised in nurturing talent, if he’d have gone to Chelsea under mourihino he’d have struggled to play regularly and wouldn’t have been developed anywhere near as much by the manager, and who knows whether he’d have gone to Madrid then. No, he had the perfect manager to take him from a raw talent and develop him into a first class professional
