£85m initial transfer fee, £100k a week basic wage, closer to 180k when you add all the benefits, 250k when you add bonuses and add ons, then there’s 45m of additional ads ons to the transfer fee, 25m agents fees and another 20m hidden charges, that’s 175m + 250k x 50 x 6 = 250m minimum and that's not taking into account wage rises and extension options which will bump the basic wage up by 100k a week for another 2 years which is 350k x 50 x 2 = another 35m, but that’s assuming he doesn’t sign a contract excretion with a wage rise until the end of this contract, realistically he’s going to sign one and get a wage rise after 3 or 4 years, so it will be more than that

He is not a mane replacement, he’s nota like for like player and he’s nowhere near that level. He’s had one good season in al the Portuguese league which is the 5th best in Europe and certainly not a farmers league like France, but he has still some way to go before you can put him in the same bracket as mane

@vishwasshankar3929 West Ham weren’t far off, if Man Utd had let them keep lingard and they hasn’t gone so deep in Europe and the domestic cups they could well have got it
