The US sold the Russians supplies to ensure they kept tying up over 150 divisions of experienced veterans on the Eastern front, that the US would otherwise have to fight, instead of the paltry 4 divisions of mainly old men, disabled, women and children that was on the Eastern front. It makes me laugh how fake patriots like you try and dismiss the 25m Russians who died fighting the Germans defending their country from invasion. Your point about the number of t34 tanks getting destroyed is moot. The average life expectancy of any tank on the Eastern front was 6 months. The Russians realised they only needed a tank that was good enough that they could manufacture in larger numbers than the Germans. It wasn't about who had the best tanks it was about who had the most. As the old Russian proverb says, quantity has a quality all of its own
