The Roman Empire was destroyed by Germany, these people have got a history of bringing war and chaos to Europe and these days that usually means Americans having to go over and die because of it, so it’s best to pay attention

This is widely reported in Greece because they actually care account the residents of Mariupol, many of whom are ethnically Greek and have been treated as second class citizens since 2014, facing widespread discrimination and subjugation and losing rights in new laws that declares them “not indigenous” to Ukraine, in exactly the same way the Nazis did to the Jews and poles in Germany, despite the fact Greeks have been living in the area since 800 BC, far longer than any Slavs
