  27. Susan Stanley he didn't do much for blacks in America though did he? I mean, police profiling and killing of unarmed black men continued unabated. The economic prospects of black men in America didn't improve during his presidency either, and there was so discernable reduction in prejudice and racism in society or the workplace. He was good at spending money on the armed services though
