It's interesting that the usa in the only country in the world with this problem. Its even more interesting that this is never mentioned in these discussions. It doesn't even happen in war zones like Syria or Afghanistan or Ukraine

@jagerpride8618 the problem with America is that insist on allowing homicide maniacs to arm themselves to the teeth, rather than take the more sensible approach an banning anyone with mental issues from owning or handling a fire arm

America insists on allowing homicidal maniacs to arm themselves to the teeth, and has a police force that are not only not obliged to protect the public, and not only allow homicidal maniacs to shoot school children for 90 minutes unhindered, they actually taze and arrest any parents who try to rescue their children and deprive the homicidal maniac his god given 2a rights
