  1. This is like asking your ex wife to renegotiate your divorce to include a prenup. If the deal is this bad why on earth did they propose it and agree to it in the first place? This was all part of Johnson's oven ready deal. What's worse is that the DUP enabled it, firstly by reneging on their agreement to support Teresa May's deal (which was better than this) and getting rid of her, then supporting Johnson and this deal.

  7. Just in time? Boris imposed the artificial deadline on himself. And he was foreign secretary when May was prime minister and supported her and her deal and was part of the triumvirate responsible for Brexit . This is entirely his doing, this is his oven ready Brexit deal.

No surprise really since they're both Catholics, the dup got paid and that's all they cared about, they read and agreed the deal after accepting the money so why they're bleating about it now i don't know

  11. @angry brit I remember boris saying there would be no paperwork and no checks and we could ring him personally if anyone asked to check our paperwork, unfortunately not only are there checks a lot of the paperwork that boris begin and agreed isn’t filled in properly because it’s horrendously complicated and bureaucratic and no one understands it. This is the oven ready deal that boris proposed, negotiated and insisted on signing by an arbitrary deadline he imposed without scrutinising it or letting parliament scrutinise it. I voted Brexit and am no fan of the EU but how exactly is this not Boris and Reese Mogg’s fault?

If that was going to work they would have done it already, all that will do is piss off all their voters who buy new BMWs every year, all the car manufacturers in the UK like Nissan and vauxhall who will see similar tariffs imposed on their exports to the eu and all the car dealerships, all of whose owners are conservatives
