  1.  @Cruzeoc101 zov explained it themselves. They shoot Russian collaborators. They define a collaborator as anyone who interacts with Russians or the Russian military in anyway. In Bucha and other parts of Russian occupied Ukraine, Russians gave white armbands to those Ukrainians who agreed to help distribute food and medical aid. All the civilians shot dead in Bucha had white armbands. Far right paramilitaries like Adair and Azov have been torturing and killing ethnic Russian Ukrainians ever since 2014, as documented by Amnesty International. The 46 protestors burnt alive by Adair in Odessa are just one example.
