  1. How does it compare to civilians killed in the UK during the blitz? I'm willing to bet more civilians have died in the UK, more damage has been done to economy and there have been far more restrictions on freedom than during the whole of the 2nd world war and yet for some reason we're still not on a war footing. Why haven't we requisitioned every resource available to fight this enemy? Why haven't we created a Bletchley Park? Why haven't we closed the borders and enforced quarantine from day 1 like new Zealand? Were we allowing German spies to fly in and out of the country willy nilly during the war? Did we just let their planes bomb us without any opposition?
