Chris Pacheco it's a bit of a coincidence that he says it happens 12000 years ago, exactly the time of a series of asteroid impacts and a huge and rapid 400 feet rise in sea levels

@thomaskalbfus2005 the European Union is just mitten Germany only unified via economic power rather than military power

R-Dubs he's not just talking about Italy he's taking about the whole of the roman empire. And there probably were lions and tigers loose in Italy anyway, being as big cats escape from modern zoos I'm pretty sure they managed to escape from all the zoos and circuses they had in those times. Good luck getting one back.

Loonytoones85 never heard of tsunamis and rising sea levels?

Chris Pacheco the coincidence is real. The evidence, if it exists,is obviously at the bottom of the sea somewhere, and being 12000 years old is likely to be somewhat difficult to find. There is plenty of evidence from many different sources of asteroid impacts, tsunamis and rapidly rising sea levels. Only 200 odd years ago it was believed by the greatest scientific minds, including Newton, according to the evidence they had at the time, that the earth was only 12000 years old. No one believed Einstein theory of relativity when it was first published, or that the black holes it predicted actually existed and would ever be found
4
Chris Pacheco he believed in it enough to work on it for 25 years. You don't spend 25 years working on something you don't believe in. And when he published it, the mainstream, people like you, ridiculed it and didn't believe it. People have worked on evidence for a cataclysmic event for 25 years of their life, and there is plenty of evidence from numerous wide-ranging sources that it happened, far more evidence than Einstein had for his theory of relativity. You're one of those naysayers who likes to stay safe in his mainstream bubble. I'm leaning more towards Einstein on this one

@falconofbalasagun4163 yeah but can you say that in farsi

@nezperce2767 people who read plato and cicero in Greek and Latin don't watch YouTube videos and certainly don't post sanctimonious pretentious comments. You're full of shit
2
Chris Pacheco Einstein believed in it. He turned out to be right. You on the other hand will turn out to be wrong

Punctuated equilibriums. It occurs in all chaotic systems, including evolution, ecology, crowds and traffic

@thomaskalbfus2005 Ukraine is wrecked and utterly corrupt

So it must have been a ufo then
1
@Axle-F it would have been a lot bigger a) before half of it was destroyed by an eruption and b) before sea levels rose so much.
1
not necessarily. Every civilisation and culture known to man has stories of great foods, and lo and behold we find that 12 000 years ago sea levels rise rapidly by over 400 feet, coincidentally the same time period plato places Atlantis disappearing.
