  1.  @majormalfunction0071  corrupted or invalid data can and should be checked and handled by the code. We used to write error messages pertaining to the issue and dump all said data in a bad data table for analysis.

  3. Most if not all accidents are preventable if the right processes are followed. There is almost always at least one human failure that allows or causes the accident
