  2. Good quality, fresh local ingredients and a knowledge of how to use them together will always produce good food. Mediterranean and Arabic food is some of the best in the world imo

  3.  @jorgeblanco1929  lol! Poor you. My grandad used to like his steak well done, until at 90 I convinced him to try mine at an Italian restaurant. He liked it so much see swapped dishes and for the next 3 years until he died he had medium rare steak every week. He also tried and killed a lot more fish. Rare steak and sushi depend on the quality of ingredients as well as the chef, there’s no point doing it with inferior products or from commercial fast food chefs
