  2.  @gidegide  Yemen makes Ukraine look like a teddy bears picnic. So does Vietnam and Iraq. And Cambodia was the worst war crime committed since 1945. But no indictments or sanctions for the USA because of reasons.

  8.  @EphemeralOnlooker  exactly. 400 000 civilians have been slaughtered in Yemen by Saudi Arabia and the USA, including 100 000 civilians but there’s no reporting of it and certainly to indignation, outrage or sanctions

  12. They’re eating in fancy restaurants in Kiev and Lviv, I’ve not been able to able to afford to do that for years since the cost of living shot up.

  13.  @Tokinjester  yeah I can understand exactly how that felt. The U.S. was doing it to provoke Russia into this war, of course. There’s an AI written strategy document for the pentagon produced by a think tank called the Rand Coronation in 2019 that details arming Ukrainian extremists in order to suck Russia into a long drawn out war there that will weaken it. Look it up. They set up Nazi youth style training camps for children where they taught them to hate and kill Russians. There’s still videos of them on YouTube from 2014. This generation of Ukrainians have literally been bred for this war. Personally I think it will only end when Putin drops a battlefield nuke on Kiev and another one on the Ukrainian front line because it’s clear Ukraine won’t stop and aren’t interested in peace. Ironically this is exactly what Putin warned about, and western governments and media made out he was making it up.

  18.  @brianbru  funny because the Ukrainians who lived on it were ethnic Russians who protested at the 2014 removal of the government they voted for and were brutally put down and had the Russian language banned from schools and work places, even though plenty of them didn’t speak Ukrainian, but we won’t mention that.

Remember when they said the vaccine stops the spread of covid but we shouldn’t wear masks and the wuhan lab was a conspiracy? Turned out they lied.
