  2. It isn't illegal at all. It just isn't a binding contract if they can claim they weren't of sound body and mind. That's a very different thing and does not apply in any way, shape or form to this case. This is a civil case between two private parties, and is based on what one party believes of the other. No contract is taking place. It's the equivalent of your boyfriend getting mad because you told him you cheated on him then blamed your confession on pain killers when he kicked you out. It ultimately doesn't matter if it's true or not because it's a civil action between two private parties. Don't you have medication to distribute nurse?
