  2. This just more sneaky union nonsense trying to use gender to push up wages for no skill employees who will just be replaced with touchscreens soon enough. I wonder how much the union bosses get out of the back pay if they win it. Start there if you're looking for what this is really about. 49% of ASDA retail workers are men. Those men earn the same as the women in the same role. This entire thing is a farce. If these women want to earn distribution centre wages, they should apply for a role there. Good luck to either of them, no chance they'd keep up.
