You don't have to manage their anything. You just have to understand that they're in a higher position in society than you are, and thus have authority over you. You comply with their directions, you acknowledge reality, you be a reasonable, rational human talking to someone with authority over them. That's it, that's the whole thing

@bowlsallbroken Your attitude only makes things worse. They are indeed in a higher station than you, the way to "fight back" is via the courts.
