What does a protest achieve? The point of a protest is to make clear the number of people who are for or against a thing, in hope of changing the mind(s) of the people who make the decisions. But when those people aren't elected, and don't care what the people have to say, what does protest achieve?

"Woke capitalism"? What? Woke is a code word for socialism. So you're saying socialist capitalism. It makes no sense. Sure you can have a blended system, and all capitalists economies are. But that's nor the kind of socialism woke means. Woke means socialism, socialism. As in replacing capitalism with unified, centralised government and extracting all the wealth from the people, and redistributing it to the ruling elites kind of socialism.

Why is the objective and openly identified CIA running of USAID not talked about? Everyone seems to be going around saying "oh gosh, this is strange" when if you add in the CIA context it actually isn't. It's expected.
5
Unlikely. The people will not revolt. They'll just begrudgingly go along because they feel they have no other choice.

Just another 4 and a half years left before that matters...

@adriangrundy4277 People do care, they just understand that protest is a waste of time.

6:33 Oh no. No, no, no. You are NOT at the bottom. Not even close. There is so much further to fall. Whenever a socialist like Starmer tells you things will get better, he doesn't mean for you.

What do they mean only men commit this crime? Wtf is that? The trans stuff is nonsense, but women, actual women, absolutely SA other women and men. To claim otherwise is to deny reality in the same way the trans issue does.

@jordan_roadhouse4798 A national population figure of 6.5% doesn't indicate an even spread. You can have 6.5% in a demographic and have that demographic clump. 6.5% of the UK population is 4.54M people.

It's interesting that more isn't made of the government program to buy farms that need to be sold to pay the tax. That program tells you that they know exactly what they're doing and they're attempting to push people off the land to nationalise it. Governments don't raise taxes to only affect a tiny number of cases, there'd be no point in doing that because there'd be no real revenue gain. Whenever they try to convince you otherwise they're lying.

He's already cancelled council elections with no cause and no new date. Just some nebulous idea in the "next few years". What happened when any other authoritarian cancelled elections without cause and gave a nebulous idea on when they might happen? You guys might be really in trouble.

@cryptoplasmic5150 You do not know what you're talking about. Woke is socialism. There is no difference between the cohorts you have described. With the fall of the USSR in the 90s and seeing that workers have more in common with employers, socialism shifted tactics to ESG. This narrative broadens the proletariat into a victim class, subdivided by immutable characteristics. The ground work for this was done in the early 20th century through movements like feminism which is deeply rooted in socialism. Woke means socialism. That's quite literally what it means. It isn't possible to have woke capitalism. Furthermore, major company directors have always preferred socialism over capitalism as there is no other system with a bigger transfer of wealth to the elites from everyone else than socialism. Indeed that's its primary function by design.

You're talking about all this as if this is something new. The EU has ALWAYS been this. ALWAYS. It's a soviet style bloc, that has a German as its permanent leader. What do you expect? You forgot to talk about the EU post for sovereignty, which to be clear would mean all the member states lose theirs. This too has always been the plan of the EU. It's the end goal. The administrative establishment have always been left. That too isn't new. They're socialists at heart, walking Europe into totalitarian authoritarianism. Much of the world is walking right into such arrangements.

@jordan_roadhouse4798 Let's say you take 50% of the 4.54M and have them in small towns. That's 2.27M people that can spread out across small towns. Bradford has a population of 377K. 18% of that is 67.8K. To be clear, 18% is pretty much 1:5. If one in five people wore red hats, you'd expect to see red hats everywhere. If people who wore red hats liked to gather at red hat stands, you'd expect to see a ton of red hat stands too.
1
@jordan_roadhouse4798 30% is essentially 1:3. If you have 100 people living in a street, it means 30 of them would wear red hats. Illegal immigration is small in both gross and net migration figures. Those figures do not just include those they actually catch. 40% of gross migration into the UK (57% of net migration) is via student visas. They don't have to attend a single day of education to get a student visa. That's where your flood is coming from. It's a coordinated immigration scam involving government and universities that is making some people extraordinarily rich. I understand that you're saying there at lots of people, but there is nothing to suggest the official figures are wrong.

@John-h7l9e Of course. The point I was making is that none of the criticisms today matter. In the best case scenario they won't matter for another 4.5 years and everyone will have forgotten about everything going on now by then. All the momentum for reform will have disappeared. Labour literally does not have to care in the slightest about what anyone on the street is saying. They have majority government and many years left before another election with an electorate who have a short memory.
1
@markwalters2927 joining reform is NOT fighting anything. It's doing nothing. It's the political equivalent of just clicking a like button. It achieves nothing. Fight is an active word. You can't fight something without putting your personal safety at risk. 4.5 years is a long time, a lot can happen over such a period. Especially when socialists are in charge. You can't fight it from home. Farage isn't in it for you, he's in it for himself and will abandon his policies at the drop of a hat if he'll benefit personally. The farmers inheritance tax stands. Protests don't work either.

@Sensibar007 You think the Berlin Wall fell because of a protest? 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 How old are you mate?
1
@stevemartin7464 This is nonsense.
1
No. It's not. And if you had actually watched the video you'd know there is essentially no chance of change in Germany, or in the EU more broadly. The system has been corrupted and rigged to such an extent that it's essentially impossible to get real representation of the people. Democracy is dead in Europe.
