Why is the EU placing the onus of policing on a private communications entity? India had this closer to how things need to be when they created a new enforcement office for social media and insisted they had a government employee installed inside Twitter. I don't think government employees should be installed inside private companies however the police should police crime regardless of whether it happens online or off. If it isn't illegal to say, there should be no consequences for it. "Algorithms" driven content systems should just be banned outright.
