Because you're out here making clownish statements, then when I asked you if you knew what it meant, your came back to my question sarcastically asking me what it means. Then to my follow up question asking if that means you do not understand what it means, you're claiming your answer was clear. Which of course it wasn't. This isn't a trick question. It isn't a complicated question. It's very straightforward. Do you know what tax burden is? It's a yes or no answer kind of question. Which is it? Yes you know, or no you don't?
