  2. That's not the challenge at all. Emissions have never been the goal, they were just the first part of the initial plan from '64. The challenge, is, always has been and will remain for the foreseeable future to reduce the global population down to 1 billion people without blowing up the global economy. Population reduction has ALWAYS been the plan. Climate change isn't caused by emissions, it's caused by the SCALE of emissions.
