  1. Gandhi was the leader of the now opposition party the INC. Despite that, he was a Hindu nationalist himself, thus the creation of Pakistan as an Islamic splinter country.

  2.  @anshuraj4277  He was a Hindu nationalist. He wanted an independent India to be a Hindu sanctuary. Pakistan was created to achieve that goal, a place for Muslims and other non-hindus of India to go. The INC are still pushing for India to be a Hindu nation. In 2021 "Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday said India is a country of Hindus and not Hindutvadis"

  3. My gosh cathy is a joke. "We asked the BJP a question of facetious and hyperbole qualities and didn't get an answer " lol. Imagine that. This story would have been better if it didn't include cathy at all. Just the correspondent who did quite a good (albeit one sided) job. Get rid of the activists, stick to just the facts without value judgements.
