  2. I'm not clear on what discrimination she faced. I understand she felt offended by some language, which occurred mostly in external Facebook groups, but I'm not clear on discrimination. I understand that she didn't enjoy having to do all the things her male counterparts had to do, but to make a special case of her would have been discrimination. I understand that she feels PPE wasn't suitable, but that's a WH&S issue through failure of duty of care not discrimination. So what is the actual discrimination? What did I miss in this case?
