  1. Republican election advisors have already called it. Trump will get the Republican nomination, but lose the election. It is less clear whether Biden will get the Democrat nomination. Either way I'd just like Trump out of the international news cycle and people to stop spazzing out about him be they for or against him. He's just one guy at the end of the day, nothing all that special. An indictment does not determine guilt. It only determines whether enough evidence exists for a jury to hear the charges and decide on guilt or innocence. If he did wrong the law should apply. Meanwhile, we're still all waiting for Patrisse Cullors, Opal Tometi, Alicia Garza, Janaya Khan and Samuel Sinyanwe to face similar justice for their roles in the incitement of insurrection at the capital over a 6 week period which included 3 failed attempts on the life of a sitting president and endless attempts to storm congress, resulting in the jury of ~60 police. And their further role in the incitement of violence around yankville which saw people scared in their homes, billions in criminal damage, thousands of livelihoods lost and 38 people murdered. It would be great if they could be plucked from their ill-gotten luxury and be made to face justice too.
