  1. The French are being ridiculous. If only people could understand the dire economic situation all OCED nations have gotten themselves into. The retirement of baby boomers poses an unprecedented threat to both domestic economies and the interconnected global economy.

According to official figures, the birth rate in France is 11:1000 people. A 57.8% decline since 1960 and much lower than replacement. Whether France has the highest birth rate in Europe or not (it doesn't) is irrelevant when the birth rate is lower than replacement. Stop getting your information from memes. The reality is the concept of retirement is ending.
