What an utter waste of time and money. ✔International waters so no one obligated nor has jurisdiction ✔"Experimental" sub that flouted safety regulations and was obvious from the outset could not do what Stockton said. ✔Waivet that told everyone on board the likelihood of implosion was high ✔Company being sued for flouting safety regulations ✔Not a real submarine, built by people who had no real understanding of what there were doing. ✔No actual way to rescue the sub even if it had been intact and everyone had been alive. They made their choice and went into International waters explicitly to avoid regulations and oversight.
