  1. Police investigate accusation and determine he said, she said with no evidence is unlikely to get a conviction. Accuser gets mad and posts online about accused. Police have evidence in that case so move to arrest, but drop charges with context. This is a ridiculous story CH4. Innocent until proven guilty is an essential part of the criminal justice system, as is having sufficient evidence for prosecution. Is it a hard pill for a victim to swallow that there isn't enough evidence to proceed? Sure. But that doesn't mean police or the criminal justice system did anything wrong. It just means in a specific case there wasn't enough evidence to proceed.

It is a full summary of the video report, including the her arrest for harassment online, and the subsequent dropping of charges against her with context. It would help you both if you took your own advice and actually understood what happened, and what was written before running your mouths and making clowns of yourselves.
