  1.  @KMF1313  Hmm "Karen". Is this a meme account? You're using terms you clearly don't understand to describe a person in a situation you likewise don't understand. This has to be a meme troll account being sarcastic because the alternative is to cringe. For anyone financially illiterate enough to not be following along, giving handouts or increasing incomes during a high inflation event only makes inflation worse and makes it structural. Structural inflation sticks around for years, decades, it's to be avoided at all costs. Truss is out of her depth but not because of any personality disorder. She's out of her depth because she doesn't know how to respond to inflation without pissing the average voter off. The market is crashing because her plan is to borrow more money and throw it at people, not productivity. That can ONLY lead to more inflation. The only way to fix inflation is to make people stop spending as much and to increase productivity at the same time. Work harder, buy less. Changing governments won't change how the response must be, it's how economics functions globally. Let's hope that Europe isn't moving to a new great European war because all the people complaining about cost of living won't be able to cope. You think things are bad under sanctions driven austerity, it'll be many times worse if Europe falls into war.

  2. These people are ironically trying to make the problem much worse. You can not increase wages to combat cost of living increases caused by inflation. All that does is create substantially more inflation and if you repeatedly increase wages you make inflation structural instead of temporary. The reality is if you want to solve inflation you need to increase productivity and dampen spending. Ie. Work harder, buy less. The unions are making things worse.. so is Truss.
