  1. The text in the embedded captions is tiny and illegible on a smartphone screen. However it also is placed such that it interferes with YouTube captions meaning it can't easily be read that way either. That makes this video unwatchable

Further, any car built before 2003 can't be hacked in any meaningful way because its computer doesn't have access to the systems.   4. If you had a solar panel on the roof and a battery in the garage that would result in a grid shut down having NO EFFECT TO THE CUSTOMER, why do they need the grid? That's why PG&E would never push that idea. Designing a system based on climate change now instead of where it will be in 20, 30, 100 years in the future is short sighted at best.
