  1. No he wasn't. He was putting everyone's life in danger by trying to play cowboys while at work. The company did the correct thing by firing him. He's lucky no one got hurt.

  4. Let's hope this encourages them to start random audits of their drivers to make sure they aren't packing. Make it an on the spot termination of employment.
