When this is necessary for anyone to feel safe, your city has failed. Think for a moment though, they're at a petrol station, what are they going to do with those guns? Firing them risks igniting petrol fumes and blowing the whole petrol station up. I wonder if this same petrol station is continuing to enforce the no cell phones at the pumps nonsense. You know there are many steps between no security officer and militarised security officers wearing armor and holding assault rifles. But the owner of the store seems to believe 0 to 100 is reasonable, and apparently he's not alone. Kind of scary. Having that poll down the bottom without the context of number of votes is purposeful misleading. It jumped 16% with a single vote which suggests there were less than a handful of total votes to get to 80/20. A poll with under 10 votes isn't something to report on.
