  2. Ok. Listen. When a presenter (not a journalist) on TV asks a loaded "question" they know will get a response then says "I don't want to get into a debate with you" they aren't "bailing out". That whole thing is a tactic to discredit the person it's aimed at. Period. That's its purpose and it keeps being done because it works. They are making the person appear to be uninformed and unhinged. Joy Reid does it all the time, too.
