  3. That's not at all the case. The law says they must agree, agreement does not predetermine what they must agree with, only that it must be unanimous. They could decide guilty, innocent or anything in-between. Not agreeing unanimously is a mistrial, the judge ordered them to deliberate longer in order to avoid a mistrial. But a mistrial is what it ended up with anyway because some juriers decided the verdict on ideological grounds before they even heard the case. Not agreeing is not a sign of innocence, it's merely a sign not all members of the jury formed the same view from the evidence. These kinds of scenarios tend to occur when neither side has a particularly strong argument.

Other pieces of information they haven't included about the shooter include • The make/model and colour of his car • Whether he owned, rented or boarded his house • Whether he completed grade 12 • The time of day he was born • What he had for dinner the night before • How frequently he ate fast food • How frequently he ate vegetables • What he got for his 9th birthday • How neat and clean he kept his house • What age he was when he lost his virginity ...and a million other irrelevant pieces of information. There's no conspiracy, take your meds and act like an adult. My gosh.

Most Australian's get along, understand nuance and context, are down to earth and based in reality. In Australia, it's only the the counter culture fringe loonies on both political extremes that can't agree and cause any kind of fuss. They're universally despised across the country and the media.   15. Trying to make things to the individual level with emotions is dirty politics and Morrison knows it. He knows that if QLD starts making an exception for this woman, then a line a mile long will immediately form behind her wanting their special treatment. This is Morrison trying to find a new way to attempt to force the Qld border open. But we don't want our border open to the south eastern states. They're a mess, we don't want to be like them. If Canberra wants to close itself off to NSW and Victoria I'm sure we'd remove them from the travel ban. Morrison could have done that today if he was so passionate about this woman being allowed to attend the funeral. We'll open our border when NSW and Victoria get their shit together, and not a moment before. The faster those states find themselves competent leadership, the faster our borders will go down to them. How many families around the country did Scott Morrison stop from attending the funerals of immediate family? Get off it. This is a nonsense story. Fix your states.
