  1. I don't understand why this video exists... It isn't like she accidentally purchased diesel. She got 95 instead of 91. Her car will work fine on both. I can't see what's confusing about the app. It gives you 4 separate opportunities to change the fuel setting, and does so with different methods and colour schemes so they stand out. The only mitigating circumstance here is that the employee told her what to push. The excuse for not being able to transfer balances is absurd. The transaction is for a fixed amount of legal tender. It therefore shouldn't matter if prices chance, the value of the transaction is fixed.
