Marriage has been the biggest mistake of my life. I lost my money, house and kid on divorce, and am now stuck in the hell of 10+ future years of heated co-parenting and monthly child support payments. I wish I had know about the manosphere, red pill, divorce statistics, and bias in the family courts 15 years ago.

@@Manoben234 Child support payments rarely work both ways. I think the statistic is around 95% of child support payments are made from men to women. This is against a backdrop where men don't get a fair shot of gaining 50 : 50 custody.

@@Manoben234 I'm a UK citizen and have been through the UK family courts. I lost 70% of my assets (i.e. the house) despite my wife being the higher earner and us only having 1 kid. Women may be worst off after divorce but they leave the marriage with more than what they started with (money, house and kids). Whereas men leave the marriage with less than what they started with (without their money, house and kids).

@@Manoben234 a biased (female) judge decided. I think you are wrong about marriages from 2022. The laws have still not changed in the UK. The Government may review the divorce laws in the next few years (according to the Financial Times) as marriage is going extinct in the UK. Its too late for me. The bitterness is too deep rooted. I am so bitter I would not even attend my son's wedding if he decided to get married in the future. These judges are completely out of control, and the legal fees are crippling. Even if you earn less than your wife, you still get screwed by judges.

@a.m928 fake news. you are completely wrong. the 60% figure comes from a tiny % of cases that go to full legal trial. The only cases that go to full trial are cases where the mother is addicted to substances, neglecting the child, suspected of crime, etc. The problem is, people like you don't understand the statistics you are reading. 95% of child support is paid by men because women get custody the vast majority of the time.
