  1. My best advice would be to keep these 304s at arms length. No marriage, no cohabitation, and no co-mingling of finances. It makes it much easier to walk away when the genuine burning desire inevitably fades. If you want kids, keep the number of kids to a minimum to minimize any child support, child custody battles, etc. Be careful out there guys. Once you screw up with marriage and/or kids it will haunt you for the rest of your life.

Leaving a toxic relationship after marriage will mean a very costly and stressful separation where she will probably want revenge, and drain you of your money.
