  5. Thank you, Jonathan. You mentioned you are licenced in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Are you able to say if these states are Community property or Equitable distribution? The UK is an equitable distribution country. The UK Family Courts are ruthless when it comes to divorce. You can very easily lose 70% of the marital pot if she has student loans, is working part time, has a child, etc.
