The husband just gets any remaining scraps. If the marital pot of money/assets is very small, in the UK 100% can and does get awarded to the wife, i.e. the poorer you are, the more screwed you are. I believe certain 'equitable' states in the USA also follow these exact same laws.

  36. Respectfully disagree, once a 304 enters the West she will realize the favourable divorce rules in the West and her (and Pookie) will take the guy to Family Court and drain the guy on divorce. The blue pill judge will support the 304 as she is not in her country and she will therefore be seen as vulnerable. The guy will lose most of his assets (say 70%) plus have to pay alimony/maintenance. Worst case scenario, she will take the kid to her own birth country and you will never see your kids again.

Also, an unmarried father can file a paternity action with the family court which will be granted assuming the DNA test says he is the father.
